Tissue-medium distribution of PGE₂ and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE₂ following exposure of 2-day-old rat lateral ventricle choroid plexuses to PGE₂. PGE₂ and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE₂ were quantified separately in the medium and in the choroidal tissue. The data are expressed as percentage of the total amount of molecule (either remaining PGE₂ or produced 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE₂), at the end of the 5- and 45-minute incubation period.
